What's the minimum order quantity?
For the Starter Kit, each product runs at 25 units minimum. For Swag Program members, the same minimum applies per order but you can mix products freely across your monthly budget.
What's included in the monthly Swag Program fee?
The $1,499/month covers program management, account strategy, warehousing, and fulfillment logistics. Product costs are billed separately at cost + a transparent margin — no hidden markups. We'll give you a full cost breakdown before you commit.
How long does production take?
Standard turnaround is 10 business days after artwork approval. Rush orders are available through our Swag-911 service — we offer 5-day and 3-day turnaround for urgent situations.
Can I see samples before committing to a full run?
Yes — for Swag Program clients, we can arrange samples on most hard goods before your full production run. Some items (like custom apparel) go through digital proof approval instead.
What if I'm not happy with the quality?
We stand behind every order with our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If something doesn't meet the standard we promised, we'll remake it at no charge or refund you. Full stop.
Do you work with companies outside the US?
Our Standard and Swag Program plans currently serve US-based companies. Enterprise clients can access our global fulfillment network — reach out to discuss your locations.
Can I cancel the Swag Program?
Yes. Month-to-month with 30 days notice. No lock-ins, no cancellation fees. We believe the program should earn its keep every month — and if it doesn't, you should be free to leave.
